Deluxe Plus Chalets

3 modern Deluxe Plus chalets, with capacity for up to 9 people, equipped with A/C, a Jacuzzi, a modern smart control system via Alexa, a fully equipped kitchen, a refrigerator, a projector, and the best views of the Turrialba Valley and the volcano, perfect for a luxurious stay in an incomparable natural setting.

Políticas de cancelación pagos y grupos

  • El pago de las reservas se acuerda bajo la modalidad de prepago.
  • En caso de que se otorgue crédito, el monto total deberá ser cancelado en un plazo máximo de 30 días después del servicio.
  • En temporada baja, el prepago debe realizarse 30 días antes del servicio.
  • En temporada alta, el prepago debe realizarse 60 días antes del servicio.
  • Desayuno incluido en la tarifa.
  • Máximo 9 personas, en Chalet categoría Deluxe Plus y 2 personas en Chalet categoría Deluxe.
  • Niños hasta 3 años no pagan como extra, incluyendo desayuno.
  • Toda reserva se garantiza con depósito o tarjeta de crédito.
  • Si la agencia cuenta con crédito, después de vencido el plazo de pago, se cargará un 2% mensual sobre el saldo.

Políticas de cancelación

  • En temporada baja, las cancelaciones deben realizarse con 10 días de anticipación.
  • En temporada alta, cancelaciones deben realizarse con 20 días de anticipación, de lo contrario se cobrará la estadía completa como “NO SHOW”.
  • En reservaciones para grupos, las cancelaciones deben realizarse con 25 días de anticipación, de lo contrario se cobrará el 100% de la reserva.
  • Todas las reservaciones deben ser garantizadas con una tarjeta de crédito válida o mediante prepago.
  • El hotel se reserva el derecho de cancelar cualquier reservación no garantizada.
  • Los reembolsos, si aplican, se realizarán dentro de un plazo de 5 a 10 días hábiles, dependiendo del método de pago.
  • No se realizarán reembolsos por salidas anticipadas ni por servicios no utilizados, salvo que la causa esté justificada y documentada y cumpla el tiempo establecido en la política.
  • Toda modificación está sujeta a disponibilidad y a las tarifas vigentes al momento del cambio.
  • Los cambios de fechas en temporada alta podrán implicar cargos adicionales.
  • En casos de fuerza mayor (desastres naturales, emergencias sanitarias, cierres obligatorios), se podrá ofrecer un crédito para una futura estancia o reprogramación sin penalización, según evaluación del caso por la gerencia.

Condiciones para grupos

  • Grupos de 3 o más chalets recibirán una habitación tipo estudio gratis para el guía o chofer.
  • Se ofrece una tarifa especial de $75 para el guía o chofer en habitaciones Apartamentos.
  • Para grupos mayores a 10 pax que utilicen el restaurante, se incluye almuerzo o cena gratis para el guía o chofer.
  • En Semana Santa, Navidad y Año Nuevo, la estancia mínima es de 2 noches.

Payment and group cancellation policies

  • Payment for reservations is agreed upon under the prepayment modality.
  • If credit is granted, the full amount must be paid within 30 days of the service.
  • During the low season, prepayment must be made 30 days before the service.
  • During peak season, prepayment must be made 60 days prior to service.
  • Breakfast included in the rate.
  • Maximum 9 people in a Deluxe Plus Chalet and 2 people in a Deluxe Chalet.
  • Children up to 3 years old do not pay extra, including breakfast.
  • All reservations are guaranteed with a deposit or credit card.
  • If the agency has credit, a 2% monthly fee will be charged on the balance after the payment deadline.

Cancellation policies

  • During the low season, cancellations must be made 10 days in advance.
  • During peak season, cancellations must be made 20 days in advance, otherwise the entire stay will be charged as a “NO SHOW.”
  • For group reservations, cancellations must be made 25 days in advance, otherwise 100% of the reservation will be charged.
  • All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card or prepaid.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel any non-guaranteed reservation.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be issued within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the payment method.
  • No refunds will be issued for early departures or unused services unless the reason is justified and documented and complies with the timeframe established in the policy.
  • Any modification is subject to availability and the rates in effect at the time of the change.
  • Changes to dates during peak season may incur additional charges.
  • In cases of force majeure (natural disasters, health emergencies, mandatory closures), a credit may be offered for a future stay or rescheduling without penalty, depending on management’s evaluation of the case.

Conditions for groups

  • Groups of 3 or more chalets will receive a free studio room for the guide or driver.
  • A special rate of $75 is offered for the guide or driver in Apartment rooms.
  • For groups of more than 10 people using the restaurant, a free lunch or dinner is included for the guide or driver.
  • During Easter, Christmas and New Year’s, the minimum stay is 2 nights.
